December is almost always our busiest month. I attribute it to many Note sellers wanting to cash in and take advantage of the low capital gains tax rate of only 15% (which was just extended for another 2 years now).  Also there are institutional lenders that want to get those loans off of their books…

We have our blog up and running again after a move over from our old webhost.  Unfortunately our 3 years of old posts didn’t make the trip over, but we will try to discuss many of the subjects that we did over the last few years so that you don’t miss anything.
